Our Leadership

Our management team is tasked with overseeing the company’s financial performance, setting strategic direction, managing major acquisitions and disposals, and ensuring robust risk management. They are also responsible for approving capital expenditures, operational budgets, and driving business planning processes.

The management team includes eight directors, of which seven are non-executive, with the majority being independent non-executive directors, ensuring a balanced and objective oversight of the company's operations.
